Welcome to PilotRite, Our Online Consultation System.

Our customers asked for a better way to communicate with us. The traditional method of exchanging emails with amendments is just too time-consuming for all concerned. As we are a web-based business, it would be impractical to sit in an office with every client we have, so clearly an online system of consultation was needed.

As we looked around, we found a number of desktop sharing solutions, but these would have required our clients to install proprietary software, and that’s just not plausible – a solution that can be used in any internet browser, that’s simple for everybody to use – a system that just works!

That’s where PilotRite comes in, a system made by us, for us! If you have an appointment booked with your expert, click on the “Enter Here” button. The system will not be active if it is not activated in our office, so you will see an error message.

In PilotRite, you will be able to see your design come to life, while you speak with your expert on the telephone.  Ask your designer to show you different colours / sizes – within a matter of minutes you will finalise your design, ready for approval.

Book your session

Without the system being activated from our server, PilotRite will not work and it will show an error – that is because all requests are blocked unless we allow them to keep our network secure. If you’d like to book a session, click here.

Security

This system uses the latest java technology, and is completely one-way, so no data is transferred from your computer to us, but you can see our system. If your browser is on a high-security setting, you may have to adjust it to allow java sessions. Please verify that you have java by clicking on this link. Follow the instructions to make sure your java is installed and working.
